
About me
She was born and raised in Canada. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and has been practicing since 2012. She has personal experience with anxiety, and strained family relationships and brings that lived experience into sessions. Katrina enjoys using humour in sessions and her communication style can be direct as well as gentle, depending on client needs. Katrina works with clients who would like to explore, understand, and better express their emotions. She also works with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, disordered eating, relationship issues, confidence/self-esteem issues, ADHD, issues with emotional regulation (anger management) and negative thinking patterns. Katrina enjoys working with clients who want to improve overall well-being through strengthening their resilience and engaging more meaningfully in their lives.
